ph93 Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph93 ("ph93", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ph93 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at ph93.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

Account Registration & Security

Each player may register only one (1) account on the ph93 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your ph93 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ph93 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits displayed in your ph93 account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

All funds deposited into your ph93 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph93 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 business hours.
• ph93 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph93 bears no responsibility.

ph93 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending fraud checks, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) reviews, or KYC verification. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, ph93 may freeze account balances and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

ph93 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all ph93 promotions include:

Account Suspension & Termination

ph93 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that ph93 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon account closure, ph93 will process any remaining verified balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. ph93 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension or termination where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.
